Abstract :
A kind of braking variable pump acts as the core component of hydraulic braking system, which can settle load drag mechanical systems braking problems and its simulation testing systems are introduced. The test results indicate that reducing cracking pressure of variable mechanism and raising final braking pressure can automatically regulate braking torque according to the value of feedback signal to achieve the reliable, smooth and swift stall of passive braking system, although two-pointed braking variable pump has the sudden variable property of brake torque.
