A DM-Based Approach to SEW System Model

Enterprise strategic early warning (SEW) is to make prediction and early warning to the whole process of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of enterprise strategy, which fits the urgent need of the long-time survival and healthy development of enterprises. And data mining (DM) could reveal the to the enterprises if their future development would be faced up with crisis in addition to providing the decision level with chance of future development. These two aspects would be of even more profound significance as they are combined. On analyzing the necessity and possibility of applying the data mining to enterprise strategic early-warning, the indictors are established based on the balanced scorecard, under guidance of it´s design principle. Furthermore, the model of enterprise strategic early-warning is built.
