Abstract :
To win the increasingly severe market competition, building the sharing, integrated and collaborative task mode of product development and production to shorten the product development cycle, improve the product quality has been a widely accepted. Cooperated product development and cooperated production control (CPD&CPC) based on alliance mechanism, with the advanced network technique, product development technique, manufacturing technique and other related techniques used, builds certain market demand oriented network based alliance, realizes the collaboration among enterprises and sharing an integration of different kinds of the sources and provides needed products and services with high effectiveness, high quality and low cost. In this paper, an alliance based CPD&CPC decision-making process model driven by the customer requirements is presented, the teamwork based working mode for the process is given, and the multi-layer architecture of the proposed decision support system is built.
