Abstract :
The meta model constraint removal (MMCR) protocol was developed to enable access of Silicone Graphics computer network platforms to perform war game exercises during the STOW (Synthetic Theatre of War) program, with the Defense Simulation Internetwork (DSI) ST (stream) protocol or the Internetwork RSVP protocol. The computer networking power point determination by the congestion controlled fairness criteria specifies the interaction or completion of the exercises within the war games. The congestion monitored link load alteration factor (CMLLAF) is the congestion controlled fairness measure establishing the sub game perfect theory equilibrium points that are analogous to the computer network power points. The CMLLAF protocol operating point criteria for removing constraints at the conclusion of exercises allows the Lagrangian optimization to continue unconstrained minimization of the delay for the platform terminal protocols. The CMLLAF measure forms the basis for three intranetwork computational intelligence factors; i.e. intranetwork population, intranetwork delay and intranetwork size CMLLAF protocols, realized computationally by a geometric structure interface with the MMCR protocol geometric structure. This treatment of the internal structure of the MMCR protocol, emphasizes the interaction of the CMLLAF measure with the latency and capacity measurements, wavelet theoretical decision-tree performance evaluation, fractal data compression, category theory admissibility and construction specifications with the strategic game theory, and maxmin and minimax game theory
