    It is with great pleasure to welcome you to the 28th annual IEEE APEC to join other power electronics professionals for technical exchange and networking at the Long Beach Convention Center, in Long Beach, California. Over the past quarter of the century, APEC has become an optimum combination of technical content and application based focus. Having a strong and diverse technical program as well as a large commercial exhibition makes APEC a unique conference. Like its predecessors, APEC 2013 offers a comprehensive program for all power electronics professionals.
