Abstract
This paper presents four members of a family of analog building blocks operating in weak inversion and utilizing the bulk as an active terminal. The main characteristics of this family are low-power, low-voltage, circuit compactness and simplicity. Its main draw-back is limited accuracy mainly due to threshold voltage mismatch. All these building blocks are utilized in a dedicated analog on-chip emulator for power networks
