Abstract
Based on the theories related to pay gap, through empirical analysis on pay gap of 42 family enterprises in Xu Zhou of North Jiangsu Province, this study shows that corporate performance of family enterprises has positive correlation with pay gap of non-family employees, as well as no correlation with pay gap of family employees and all employees, discovering the current situation of family enterprises in Xu Zhou of North Jiangsu Province and general relationship between pay gap and corporate performance, which provides theoretical bases and practical guidance for strategy decision-making on pay gap of family enterprise.
