  • Abstract
    E-government now includes a significant service component. However, commonly used measures of IS effectiveness focus on the technology, rather than the services. Thus, there is the danger of misunderstanding E-government effectiveness if it does not include service quality. So in this study, we argued for E-government success with the IS success model in order to identify and understand key factors affecting E-government success.
