Abstract :
It is introduced that a design of digital itinerary controller for mine hoist automatic operation which is composed of embedded microcontroller LPC2138 based on ARM core and relevant interface circuit. The ideas, system functions, hardware circuit design, software module of hoist´s travel control are analyzed. This device can be applied to arbitrary hoisting system, its travel control idea of S-shaped curve, perfect functions of protection, monitoring and control not only make people more comfortable and the system more secure, moreover shorten the hoisting cycle. It provides reliable guarantee for safe and efficient operation of hoist.
