Abstract :
China¿s current real estate development is very fiery, but there are also many problems, including a higher incidence of complaints, lower customer satisfaction and loyalty. How to effectively solve these problems to fundamentally ensure their healthy and lasting development is crucial. At present, academic papers on the real estate are more associated with the policy, and most are the qualitative research articles. This paper focuses on the current social issues, through the empirical analysis, to study the relationships among customer participation, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in real estate industry. Suggestions for real estate firms and government are discussed at the end.
