Study on the Enterprise´s Technology Innovation Strategy Based on VE Theory

Study on the enterprise´s technology innovation from the perspective of VE is to consider innovation as an activity or a process, and the purpose of analysis is to make a choice of the innovation strategy by functions and life-cycle cost analysis. Technological innovation strategy is an overall planning on technological innovation activities and can be divided into three types such as the innovation strategies of leading mode, following mode and imitating mode. This paper deals with the relation ship between VE and technology innovation strategy, then analyzes the function and cost of the enterprise´s technology innovation, and evaluates the value of the enterprise´s technology innovation. Based on it, the paper explores how to make a strategic choice of the enterprise´s technology innovation.
