Abstract :
In the process of coal mine construction, it is significant that how to identify the risk factors and to take measures to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents for the mine investment unit to speed up the construction of the new mines and exploit the coal energy rationally. With the ability of structural equation model that processes the variables and their relationship, this article applied structural equation model to analyze and design the path of the coal mine construction risk factors and their relation, established the analysis mode to assess the risk factors and identify the risk factors that have the significant effect for the coal mine construction. The result showed that the model had better fitting and can be used as the basis of working out the strategy in practice.
