Study on the Logistics Finance Service Innovation Management Based on Finance, Transportation, and Warehouse

As a typical business model of logistics finance, FTW is an important financing channel for SMEs. This paper first described the functions of FTW, then on the basis of these descriptions, we made an game analysis on the financing model of SMEs based on FTW. We argued the actions of each participant in game analysis and obtained the equilibrium strategies which benefit to all participants in the FTW financing model. Finally, we proposed the management strategies on logistics finance services innovations.
