Abstract :
Every enterprise is a collective body of kinds of activities in the process of designing, producing, sales, delivery and assistance to its products. This is a value chain. Beginning with analysis of value chain of products, this paper mainly discussed many factors influencing the value promotion of products on the road of globalization of Chinese enterprises and also their corresponding solutions.
