Abstract :
We present a novel in-channel structured microfluidic system fabricated with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Using micro molding technique, we could accommodate all the microfluidic components, such as micropumps, microvalves and capillary electrophoresis (CE) coupled with electrochemical detector (ECD) on the same glass substrate. This system has simple structure which leads to easy fabrication process. CE/ECD system offers sensitivity which is comparable to the previous sensors with low fabrication cost, inherent miniaturization and portability. This system can be used for CE, analytes transportation and biomolecules detection.
