            Abstract : 
In this paper, a novel compact X-Band band pass filter (BPF) with low loss and narrow-band using low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is proposed. This four pole filter is based on substrate integrated circular cavity (SICC) resonators, and the slots excitation with lambda/4 open stub is used here. This filter with simple structure exhibits an insertion loss of 0.66dB at center frequency 11.6 GHz, and a 3-dB bandwidth 4.9% (~560 MHz).
