Abstract :
The development of modern information technology makes it possible to timely and actively navigate transportation to avoid congestion. This paper outlines the architecture and technical solution of the system of mobile transportation information service that integrates the knowledge of multidisciplinary fields such as mobile computing, data fusion, data mining, assignment optimization, digital signal processing, wireless communication technique, GPS, etc. The system development environment, some critical techniques and system development infrastructure are discussed. This paper demonstrates the synthetic integration application of multidisciplinary knowledge in the design and realization of a case of intelligent transportation system.
