Analysis of Enterprises to Participate in the Farmland Development and Arrangement Based on Game Theory - A Case-Study on Lupotan, Shaanxi Province, P. R. China

It´s of great innovation for enterprises to participate in the farmland development and arrangement under the circumstances of the shortage of farmland resources. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of enterprises´ behavior based on game theory, establishes a cooperative game model and static games of complete information, such as dominant strategy equilibrium between enterprises, iterated dominance equilibrium between enterprises and farmers, according to the relations among the main game subjects, i.e. local government, enterprises and farmers, and analyzes an instance in Lupotan, Shaanxi, based on which strategies for the enterprises are proposed.
