Abstract
Moving targets are displaced in azimuth on a SAR map. A separate SAR-MTI (moving target imaging) process is therefore used to detect and relocate moving targets. A model for evaluating the effects of noise and clutter on the detection and relocation performances of a two port interferometer SAR MTI is presented
