Analysis of Biomass Energy Development Based on Energy Structure in Heilongjiang Province

Energy is the most important material for economic development, social progress and human survival. With global warming and increasing environmental pollution, energy conservation, low-carbon economy and renewable energy are paid more attention around the world. In this paper, energy production and energy consumption in Heilongjiang province are analyzed from different standpoints, and it is concluded that fossil energies are absolutely dominant not only in energy consumption but also in energy production. Then the significance to develop biomass energy industry is stated, and countermeasures including doing reasonable planning, strengthening policy support, building technical support system and making full use of CDM are advised to promote the development of biomass energy industry in Heilongjiang province.
