Abstract :
The closed-loop supply chain, as a new strategy of sustainable development, is a current research hotspot. But currently, the design and operation of reverse logistics network is still a pressing problem. In the paper, the advantages and limitations of four current reverse channels are analyzed. a shared reverse logistics network based on industry collaboration is proposed. In the network, the retailers are taken as primary collectors in agreement, and pre-remanufacturing processes are advanced from manufacturers to reverse logistics center, and the remanufacturing materials can be shared with paid among manufacturers. And the process of the reverse logistics center is designed. Through the shared reverse network, the reverse logistics efficiency and enlarges the remanufacturing scale are improved. In the end of the paper, two issues about the problem are suggested, which needs to pay further research.
