Abstract
Low loss RF-/ DC-crossovers are demonstrated in a multilayer approach. Neither air-bridges nor vias are required. The DC-lines are realized as coplanar waveguides (CPW) in the ground plane of adjacent RF microstrip lines (MSL). For improved decoupling compact CPW filters are implemented in the MSL ground plane. Multiple crossovers are investigated both analytically and experimentally at W-band. The number of crossovers has only little effect on the MSL transmission for proper CPW filter design.
