  • Abstract
Biomass power generation may take good use of rich biomass resources in China, but the development falls behind comparing to other countries. Biomass power generation enterprises have great advantage of low environmental costs, but this advantage has not played roles. In this paper, play game is used to study the strategy of biomass power generation enterprises and thermal power enterprises in the condition of lacking incentives, and it is concluded that enterprises´ choices are closely related to their input and award. And suggestions including increasing relevant taxes and fees, giving reasonable subsidies and implementing tax preferential policies are advised to make biomass power generation enterprises play their strengths.
