When the financial crisis have happened in 2008, in the economy scholars it causes a large number of research about the Causes, process, form and results of financial crisis, as well as reflects on the development of real estate, banking and other industries, and discusses largely the financial sector how to develop, to avoid risks and recovery the global economic as soon as possible after the crisis. Under the perspective of financial engineering, this paper explores in the financial sector how does China´s commercial banks avoid the risk, strengthen commercial bank´s risk management, and establish the risk management system which will be suitable for China´s national conditions to withstand some uncertainties risks from the international financial market and build actively a reasonable system of risk management in financial markets.
