Analysis of Current Situation of Financial Support for Agriculture in Heilongjiang Province

As a large Agricultural province, agriculture is especialy important to the economic development of Heilongjiang province. The financial support for agriculture is the main macroeconomic control means for the government to agriculture and safeguard the income of farmers. In the paper, the current situation of financial support for agriculture in Heilongjiang province is analyzed, including the scale, the structure and the effect of financial support for agriculture in Heilongjiang Province. The conclusion is that the scale of financial support for agriculture is insufficient, the structure of financial support for agriculture is unreasonable, and utilization effect of financial support for agriculture in Heilongjiang Province is low. Based on the analysis, effective support counter measures and suggestions were put forward.
