Abstract :
Based on efficient data of questionnaire, we adopt logit model to investigate decaying coal enterprises´ inter-regional entry modes. Results indicate that local natural resource endowment, local government support and capital density are determinants of entry modes, while variables as local market competition and inter-regional investment enterprises´ comprehensive strength affect choices of entry modes insignificantly, market size is negatively correlated with controlling degree of entry modes. Finally we suggest that market-orientation of mining right, supporting facilities construction of coal resources exploitation and financing mechanism perfection for high value-added projects and inter-regional M & A are crucial to select high-control entry modes.
