Research on the Key Issue of Logistics System Integration in the Web

In the network environment, constructing a third-party logistics system is the process of composing different logistics Web services, and assessing business partners is the action of selecting and evaluating Web services. Referring to the regulation of partner selection in the logistics, the paper proposes that KPI (Key Performance Index) is applied to non-functional Web services interface definition, which enables the result of selecting and evaluating web services closer to the object of constructing third-party logistics system. This paper also establishes a model to decide which KPI will be applied to Web services interface definition. Then the model is used to get KPI indicators in the transport logistics industry.
