Abstract
Work-live house forms are very popular in Southeast China. As an essential character, Mixed-use presents functional and spatial regulations in architectural design and construction. Based on regional climate scenarios, the analysis on wind and temperature field is given to evaluate green factors of Mixed-use buildings. Following the climate-response principles, sustainable strategies are definite in spatial design and utilization. Finally, with structural and functional optimization, work-live paradigms are provided to promote green building performance.
