Abstract
An optimal output voltage control technique using the integral sliding mode is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the quantum series resonant converter (QSRC). The sliding mode controller with an integral compensation is designed in the discrete time domain to obtain the output voltage response insensitive to the parameter variations and the various types of the control strategy are investigated. The control input is carefully determined to minimize the current ripple and output voltage variation caused by the abrupt load change. With the proposed technique, the output voltage response is optimized under the parameter variations
