Abstract :
In this information economic age, it has repeatedly been proved that human resources outsourcing enable the enterprise to increase the competitive superiority and maintain eternal core competitiveness. This article mainly introduces the benefits and feasibility of human resources information system outsourcing in a starting information-based enterprise. Then detail how to implement the outsourcing solutions systematically and rationally, include the benefit-cost analysis, confirm which activities outsourcing, define demand of outsourcing project, select out and choose the right provider, negotiate and subscribe contract, track and control outsourcing quality, etc. Finally briefly introduces how to manage outsourcing risks.
