  • Abstract
High speed forklift not only has the engineering working ability as an ordinary forklift, but also comes up to the running speed of 80km/h on highroad with the preferable cross-country performance, so it has received more and more attention in the field of mechanical engineering recently. In this paper, based on the test of vehicle´s ride comfort, moment of inertia of body for high speed forklift is identified by means of optimization technology, the identification results are used to amend the virtual prototype which is the CAE model of dynamic simulation about matching analysis between the chassis and body. On the one hand, the natural frequencies of suspension systems are obtained from the test of vehicle´s ride comfort. On the other hand, moment of inertia of the body is regarded as parameter variable, and the theory model to analyze vibration responses of the body is constructed, then the natural frequencies of suspension systems are calculated and obtained again, the parameter values of the moments of inertia of the body are optimized on the purpose of according with the test results, finally the effect of the method put forward in this paper is validated with the interrelated vehicle dynamic test results.
