  • Abstract
    The intelligent sensor has application in the field of process control and automation, extensively, which has merits of high-precision, multifunction, artificial intelligence and communication. Because the diffused silicon pressure sensor in industry has the disadvantages of non-linearity, temperature drift and hysteresis, author develops the intelligent pressure sensor system, which makes use of the principle that both the pressure and temperature signals can be obtained from the same whestone bridge circuit. The system depends on digital signal processing and compensation with software to get high-precision pressure and temperature signals. Moreover, the system integrates with USB interface and CAN interface in order to communicate with industrial control computer conveniently. The paper introduces the principle of the system, the hardware of the system, the software of the system and experiment to prove the system effectivity.
