Abstract :
In the new rural construction, to enhance the work of the continuing education of teachers in the rural areas is the key of promoting rural education reform and process. It is also the prerequisites of enhancing the quality of rural education. With the implementation of the modern distance education in the rural primary and secondary schools (referred as rural distance education), the work of continuing education of teachers in the rural areas has been significantly improved. But there are still many other difficulties such as the rural teachers´ work pressure, lacking of time; Lacking of continuity of continuing education, cannot be long-term support; Limited of teaching resources, inadequate sharing, etc. This compels us to find an effective method to help resolving problem of the continuing education of teachers in the rural primary and secondary schools. With the rapid development wireless mobile communicational technology and the increasing popularity of mobile terminals, mobile learning has slowly becomes a new way of continuing education for teachers. The purpose of this study is to help improving the problem of education and training of rural teachers through the mobile learning and mobile services.
