Abstract :
Insulin is the most effective drug for controlling the blood glucose of diabetes. But because of its large molecule weight and the physical and chemical character, its administration route is only limited in subcutaneous injection. In this paper we using side-by-side permeation chamber to illustrate the affection of high-voltage pulse to permeation of insulin through the skin of human cadaver, and analyzed the permeation changes during the pulse period and other influencing factor.
