Abstract
We have recently developed a real-time imaging control feedback system based on drug delivery. The principle of the system utilized ultrasound radiation caused drug accumulation on the focus. It can improve the utilization of the drug effectively and reduce the infection of drugs on normal cells and tissues. According to observing the accumulation and the treatment situation of drugs, it can real-time regulate the intensity and location of ultrasound radiation, to find the best therapeutic effect. The design of the whole system is based on the LabVIEW software of Nation Instrument corporation. The imaging process based on MATLAB. The function generator generated waveform which triggered ultrasound probes. Then it made drugs accumulation on the focus utilizing ultrasound irradiation. Finally by analyzing the image which obtained through feedback mechanism it can adjust the triggered waveform and control a motor with three axes to adjust the best location. The whole control system is automated. It can also observe the process of drug accumulation via a microscope.
