Abstract
When incubators choose intermediaries for the incubatees to serve them, there have to be binding contracts or commitments between the intermediaries and the incubatees. This paper makes a use of bargaining game, a non-cooperative game, to get the contracts done. Meanwhile, the cooperative game solution which is proved to be the only sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium is obtained. Two players get the balance of interests gradually through the bargaining process. The solution of the game represents the interest distribution between them, and has laid a good foundation for the smooth formation of a binding contract or commitment, conducive to the future co-operation of both sides. We can see how factors determine the interest distribution between the incubator intermediaries and incubates.
