Abstract
Emergencies have been bringing huge damage, even worse when emergency event chain reaction is formed. Different emergency evolution models have been studied in the systematic perspective to find out common characters and correlation among four various emergency events. We propose an academic framework with four hierarchies including single event, event chain, event network, and event supernetwork and discuss how to response to the emergency in different hierarchies. We also prove its efficiency by discussing a real case. This paper can provide useful guidelines to prevent broadcasting of disaster and macro precaution.
