Abstract
Safety construction of deep foundation pit in narrow space is one technology difficulty. Analysis on the deformation of adjacent building during excavation and supporting is the key factor. Taking the deep foundation pit, supporting structure and surrounding buildings as one system, this paper applies the numerical simulation analysis method to carry out the comparative simulation for the changing of adjacent buildings settlement deformation along with the foundation pit excavation depth and the comparison analysis with the actual monitoring data. That is to say, before the foundation pit is excavated, a numerical simulation on the settlement and deformation of the adjacent building is processed in term of the designed scheme of supporting for the foundation pit, contrasting the simulation result with the result that monitored on the spot during the construction. The conclusion not only proves the feasibility of the supporting plan, but also supplies certain instructive applications on safety construction of deep foundation pit engineering.
