Abstract :
Both correct and harmonic expression of genes became an important factor of health care development. Genes expression changes are consider to be a reason of many diseases. Early detection of mentioned above changes allow for application of common treatment procedures before the first symptom are observed. Statistical methods applied for those purposes allow relatively simple selection of patients suffering from particular disease. Examination of gene expressions profiles is made through the measurement of mRNA in the tissue sample. The more copies of mRNA is produced by the analyzed cell, the more proteins are synthesized. Therefore, based upon the contents of mRNA in the sample under examination the types of proteins inside are estimated. Results of such examinations are extremely important from the diagnostics purposes points of view, as synthesized proteins are responsible for most of regulation processes performed in the cells and tissues.
