Abstract :
Submerged arc welding is a kind of welding methods. Its arc burns under the welding flux layer. The working condition of submerged arc welding is relatively good. What´s more, the productivity of welding is higher than other welding methods. However, there are always some bottlenecks in submerged arc welding procedures due to operators´ lacking of standardization and the unreasonable positioning. In order to solve this problem, there are usually two ways. One way is to reposition and to reprogram, and the other is to use relevant technologies of industrial engineering. Aiming at the existed problems in the submerged arc welding procedure in an industrial enterprise, according to ECRS(elimination, combine, rearrange, simplify) principle, this paper applied human-machine operation analysis to make operator, welding machine and tools scientifically combined and reasonably arranged, the purpose of making process reasonably and human-machine coordinated is achieved. Through the improvement, the operation time consumption was reduced by 40.89%, and the productivity of the submerged arc welding was greatly improved.
