Abstract :
In software engineering project, requirement process is the beginning and basis process of a project. It affects whether a software engineering project could be success. With the development of software engineering, it has been taken more and more seriously to standardize project process. So the article analyses the software requirements process and how to apply China national standard in project requirement process from the angle of standardizing a project.
