Abstract :
The paper provides a structure of a wide tuning center frequency range VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator). The VCO is completed on the base of oscillation theory and negative resistance structure. This circuit has a high stability of output voltage amplitude and can oscillate in a great range of frequencies.
