A Research on the Evaluation of the Effectiveness for Enterprise Technological Innovative Interface

The interface obstacle between different business sectors is a main obstacle for promoting technological innovation ability. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise´s interface management, the present paper, under the guidance of the harmonious theory and harmonious analysis matrix, analyzes the four main factors that have influence on the effectiveness of enterprise innovative interface, constructs the models measuring the interface effective stage, and conducts a case study on the interface state effectiveness and concordance of Q Company in Shaanxi Province, the results and some situations known by investigating on the spot are quite consistent, it shows that Applying harmonious analysis matrix to analyze the effectiveness of enterprise innovative interface has some practical value.
