Abstract :
Aiming at the problem that existing facilities layout methods give little attention to human factors, human factors and systematic layout planning are combined, a facilities layout optimization method which comprehensively takes human factors and logistics factors into account was proposed. Activity relationships among operation zones were constructed and facilities layout optimization schemes were formulated aiming at reducing fatigue of operators, furthermore, the rationality of optimization schemes was discussed through logistics test. The method was applied in improving facilities layout of a comprehensive workshop of an opto-electrical company. The results show that this method has stronger practicability and maneuverability.
