Abstract :
In order to evaluate the operation conditions of operating logistics parks systematically, and promote their development, this article build an integrated evaluation system using analytic hierarchy process. This system include 4 Classes of guidelines layer indicators which reflect the operating basis, operating capacity, operating efficiency and operating potential, as well as 66 index layers indicators, and then illustrate how to use the evaluation system.
