Abstract :
By using computer network technique, the information management system for double-block sleepers has been researched and a three-tier structure of the network of combining C/S architecture and B/S architecture has been designed. In this system, a series of subnets which includes information subnet for concrete mixing control, control subnet for sleeper production, control and management subnet for mold, management subnet for laboratory, video subnet and weight house subnet was created. The state and data of production line could be displayed in real time, and the electronic record of sleepers is created. It is convenient to query and administer the production process and to achieve data sharing.
