Abstract :
Color characteristics in cell images are quantized by analysis of cell color first. Then the color in cells is recognized by using multi-threshold segmentation technique, meanwhile the number of different kind of cells is calculated easily. The experimental results show that the average time of recognition is 18 seconds, the accuracy rate of recognition is 96.3%, and the accuracy rate of calculation is 83.7%.
