Abstract
This paper analyzes the necessity of innovation resources and ability to auto enterprises´ synergistic innovation, expounds their dialectical relationship and establishes corresponding structural equation model on the basis of some assumptions, and then obtains the following conclusions: (1) innovation resources are positively correlated to the synergistic innovation level which is caused by such features as capital transformation, value creation, level enhancement and catalytic reaction of the former; (2) innovation ability is positively correlated to the synergistic innovation level which is caused by such features as university, adaptable adjustment, shaping and lifting, diffusion transfer; (3) compared with innovation ability, innovation resources are more able to influence the innovation level, as innovation resources are obviously more transferrable and productive when both are product elements of synergistic innovation.
