Research on Reporting and Collecting Information System of Discarded Resources Based on TAPI

Though the number of our country´s discarded resources has been increasing year by year, the information channel and reclaiming system of these discarded resources have not built up perfectly. So it has resulted in a great deal of waste and has polluted the environment around us. This paper looks back the approaches of collecting discarded resources abroad and analyzes the present situation of our country´s collecting and recycling discarded resources. Then, it presents an information-collecting scheme of discarded resources through PSTN and TAPI.
