Analysis on Key Factors to Affect Construction Industrialization Development in China

It is considered that construction industrialization is an inevitable trend in China. The experience in the achieved construction industrialization counties indicates that construction industrialization will save construction time, improve building quality, increase labor productivity, save energy and make less pollution. Those advantages change the traditional way into industrialized construction way. And it is the necessary way of the sustainable development in construction industry. The development of construction industrialization is affected by various factors. The construction industrialization couldn´t achieve its goal until those factors have reached a certain level. So the author analyzed these factors and built the system of the factors affecting construction industrialization development in China at last.
